Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
  • Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
  • Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
  • Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Active BLS Certification.
  • Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
  • Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
  • Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
